In this role, you’ll work as a frontend developer on integration applications that are used as building blocks throughout the product to enable intelligent automation. Gradually, you’ll move into a team leadership role. By mentoring and coaching you’ll share your knowledge with your peers and actively develop the team. As part of our Cloud Automation product teams, you’ll be shaping the future of Dynatrace in the space of intelligent automation for large-scale IT landscapes.
Your role at Dynatrace

- Initial training: During your 6-12-month ramp-up period you will get to know our product and gradually take on more and more tasks in the direction of mentoring, coaching, and leadership. This will prepare you for your role as a future leader. Your development team consists of approx. 4-6 team members working in an agile setting of two-week sprints to further develop our product.
- Software development in TypeScript, React, or similar: you’ll work actively in software development to get to know our product and the challenges at Dynatrace, especially in the initial phase. As soon as you take over the leadership in your team, your development part will be reduced to some extent, and the exciting tasks of catering to the team’s success will be added gradually.
- Leadership tasks: Once you’re a leader, you’re responsible for the individual development of your colleagues and the team. As facilitator, you’ll work with product management, product architects, and other teams, to accompany the conception and development of new features (feature ownership).
What will help you succeed
- Experienced software developer (m/f/x) with drive and clear goals
- 5+ years of experience with TypeScript, React, or similar tech stack with the motivation to change to TypeScript/React
- Communicative personality with end-to-end thinking who is enthusiastic about software engineering
- Passion for mentoring, coaching, and transferring your own knowledge to others
- Hands-on team player who also supports the development team

Compensation and rewards

- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 60,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
